Put compost (soil) in the seed tray (or egg carton) and fill all the modules until they are almost full and then press the compost down very lightly

Place one pea into each module of the seed tray

Push the pea seed down into the soil up to your first finger joint (about 2.5 cm)

Cover the seed with a little more compost

Give the seeds a little water

Put your label in the tray with the name of the seed and the date that you sowed them
