This is a green, leafy vegetable which
grows above the ground
We can pick the leaves off the plant to
eat and it will grow new leaves for us!
Spinach is full of the vitamins A,B,C,K
and it also has iron and calcium
A good for eyesight, B for overall good
health, C for skin, teeth and bones, K for
healing wounds, iron for healthy blood and
calcium for strong bones
Spinach is best steamed and not boiled
