Teacher's Explanation

You can use this game to get the children think about whether they have had their 5 portions of fruit and vegetables, to emphasise the importance of eating breakfast and having high fat, high sugar foods like crisps and sweets in moderation. For more information use the 5 a day website to see what counts as one of your 5 portions and the ‘Balance of Good Health' Diagram to show how to balance the different types of food that we eat.
